Description:Demolition underway at he three-storey factory and chimney formerly belonging to E. Hands & Sons, shoe manufacturers, on Tower Street, Wolverhampton. A note with this glass negative indicates that the factory was the scene of a fatal accident to a steeplejack at the time this photograph was taken.
