Description:A postcard view of Hockley Road, Uttoxeter, looking south-west towards Picknal Brook Bridge and the level crossing gates.
Most of the buildings on the left remain (December 2019) along with the level crossing. Centre right there is a glimpse of the Spire (later removed) on the Chapel building at Uttoxeter Cemetery. Around the time of this picture the houses on the right were known as The Villas.
This postcard was franked in Uttoxeter on Trent on 21 July 1907 and sent to an address in Hamstall Ridware.
