Description:The England Hockey team selected to play against Ireland at the Queen's Club, London in 1910.

Walter Hanbury Twigg was born at Weeping Cross on 6 May 1883. He was educated at Repton School and at Kings College, University of London and trained as an electrical engineer. He died in Stafford on 5 February 1963. A talented sportsman, he represented Stafford and Staffordshire at cricket and hockey, and was an England hockey international, playing for his country on 8 occasions in 1909 and 1910.
