Description:This postcard view of Upper Brook Street looks north-east towards Brook Square. On the left is the Globe Hotel and further along is Hindley’s café, several of the buildings on this side of the street remain (April 2019), however, most of the buildings on the right have been demolished and over the years and replaced by various retail enterprises.

This postcard was published by Woods, Stationers of Rugeley. Over the years Woods were based in several locations around Rugeley and ceased trading in 1958.
