Description:A photograph of the model of Rugeley Health Centre which was to be built in Horsefair, Rugeley. The model was constructed by the County Planning Office in Stafford. The premises have since been demolished and the site is occupied by Horsefair Care Home which was built in 2010. Design by P. Woodcock, County Architect, Stafford.
