Description:The arched entrance off Park Drive leads into a courtyard around which were estate buildings including the agent's house, grain stores, cow sheds, a malthouse and brewery. The laundry was the farthest building on the right. Built in the Italianate style with yellow lime-washed brick with pantiled roofs, the two storey buildings date from the early 1800s. All have all been converted to houses and flats.

The sign to the main road leads to the Stone Road (A34) along a part of Park Drive now closed.
