Description:A postcard view of Anson Street, Rugeley with many schoolchildren posing for the photograph. They may have been pupils at the Grammar School which was at the far end of this road. The houses on the right are late 19th century. 'Avondale' was the only house on the left at the time of this photograph. It is now a dentists' surgery and the gaps have since been filled with houses.
