Description:An unusual early postcard of Mill Street, Cannock with an ornate frame, published at the 'Advertiser' Office, Cannock. A very unconcerned dog wanders in the road. People pose at both doorways of what was probably a sub-divided house. Note the thatched roofs: the last of Cannock's thatched houses was demolished in 1949.
