Date:1910 - 1921 (c.)

Description:Looking down Church Street from the present Queen's Square traffic roundabout area, with St Luke's Church being out of shot on the left. The Old Fire station is the first building on the right with the original Urban District Council office alongside. Although the telegraph post looks as though it is attached to the front gable of the Fire Station it is probably freestanding next to the Council Offices.
