Description:Officer's Huts are on the left foreground showing individual stove chimneys coming out of each compartmentalized room. Some suspended hay sacks are visible on the right slope for bayonet practice.

The large fissure in the ground shows how susceptible to eeosion the terrain could be during wet spells. To combat this large concrete open storm drains were constructed down the eastern slopes of Old Acre Valley which can still be found when crossing certain tracks. The four chimneys of the Power Station were a focal point from all areas of the Camp. You can tell by the size of the man at the bottom of the postcard how big the Camp was.
