Description:It is extremely difficult to identify the exact location of this photograph. Troops are walking down the track towards the woman who is playing golf. Behind them on higher ground can be seen huts.

There was a Golf Club on Milford Hills at the time and many soldiers became members and enjoyed a game. The Club was then known as the Cannock Chase Golf Club and the original Club House is now a private property. After the War they moved to their current home which is Brocton Golf Club and they proudly display memorabilia presented to them at the time by the troops.

It is possible that the Battalion Lines in the distance are "E" an "F" at the side of Hollywood Slade if the woman is on part of Broc Hill where the 5th and 6th fairways and greens were.
