Description:Brook House, next to Lloyds Garage, on Eccleshall Road.

Brook House was leased by Mrs S. Lloyd to Staffordshire County Council until 1955. At various times the County Council used it to house the Police, Civil Defence and the Chief Constable, Mr S. Peck and his family.

In 1955 it was purchased by Lloyds Garage and used as offices until 1967. It was demolished in 1968.
