Date:1900 - 1911 (c.)

Description:A parade passing along Church Street towards the centre of Eccleshall. It is not known what event is taking place, but it could be the Coronation of King George V in 1911.

In the background can be seen the National School which was built on Kerry Lane in 1862. The school closed in 1928 and was used as a social club, and for a short time after the World War II it was a cinema. Today the building is a private residence.
