Description:The Library at Hawkesyard Priory was built in 1901-1902 and formed part of the Church and College buildings. In later years ownership of the site changed and the College buildings became Hawkesyard Priory Nursing Home. The Library was demolished around 2008 and the area redeveloped to make additional rooms in the Nursing Home. The oak block floor in this photograph was taken up and re-used in the reception area and other parts of the ground floor.
