Description:This shraff tip was in an old clay pit at the junctrion of Summerbank Road and High Street on the edge of Sandyford.
Shraff tips (also known as Shaff Rucks and Shord Rucks) are pottery industry rubbish tips where broken ware, moulds saggars were dumped.
