Description:The Malt Shovel Inn, Elsmore Lane, can be seen here decorated for the Hospital Carnival.

The two people standing on either side of the doorway are the Landlord, Joseph Plant, and Landlady, Miriam Plant. The children who can be seen in the upstairs window are two of the landlords children, Stanley Joseph Plant and Audrey Plant.
