Description:The side entrance to Tunstall Town Hall on Butterfield Place (Formerly Amicable Street) and to the right, the entrance to the Public Market. Tunstall Town Hall was completed in 1885, built of brick and ashlar (square cut masonry) in the "Neo-Renaissance style". The original design included the public market (to the rear), a line of shops on the High Street frontage and two banks.
