Description:A plan of the estate purchased by the Duke of Sutherland from Joseph Churchill Esquire. It shows field names and acreages, the Grand Trunk (Trent & Mersey) Canal, River Trent, and Old Road Farm. The marginal list is of property which was subject to hay tithe and that which was exempt. North is to the left. From the Sutherland papers, held at Staffordshire Record Office.
