Description:Members of the English Electric Publicity Department are pictured with guests during their annual dinner and social at the Crispin Hotel, Stafford. the Publicity Department was based in Foregate Street, Stafford.

Mr M.B. Schroeder, Deputy Publicity Manager presided over the dinner and welcomed the guests. During the evening there was a lively programme of games and dancing and Mr J. Perry, who was a member of the Department, acted as M.C.

Additional information: The Crispin was located on the Stone Road, A34 in Stafford. In later years it became the ‘Panache’ Indian Restaurant. During 2015/2016 the building was demolished and the site redeveloped. Crispin Court, a Care Home complex opened in July 2016.
