Date:1860 - 1870 (c.)

Description:Dr Masfen was born in 1831. He graduated from London University in 1853, where he won the University Scholarship and the Gold Medal.

He took over his father's practice in Stafford in 1854 and worked at Stafford General Infirmary, the Union Workhouse, and was surgeon to the 2nd Battalion of Staffordshire R.V.

He died in 1872.
