Description:Trentham Hall Courtyard was part of the National Coal Board's refurbishment plan. At the end of the courtyard was "Courtyard Farm", a great attraction for families. There were Shire Horses and Shetland Ponies rides available for hire. In the distance is the long room on the first floor, this was the former Trentham Estate Office. The whole estate was managed and controlled from here.
