Description:Darby and Joan Clubs are social clubs for pensioners, which hold dances and other events. The term 'Darby and Joan' is used to describe the idea of companionship in old age. This group of pensioners are probably from the Cannock area - they are pictured with three motor coaches from Harper Brothers of Heath Hayes, near Cannock.
