At front: Victor Babb (scorer).

Rugeley batted first and scored 222 (C.Chell 58, P. Heaton 62). Little Stoke finished on 160 for 3 (Don Babb 82 not out, Sid Jenkins 21 not out). match drawn.

Little Stoke Cricket Club were formed in 1946 after the amalgamation of two Stone-based cricket clubs: Aston-by-Stone C.C. and Christ Church C.C.
