MR. IL J. INGRAM’S RETIREMENT.—After seventeen years as Ranton Organist, Mr. Ingram finds himself unable to continue his work. His health has been indifferent for some time, so very reluctantly his resignation has been accepted. He hopes to be able to carry on during the summer, and he will help us to secure a suitable man in his place. Alas! it will be difficult to get a “ second Mr. Ingram.”

CHURCH FINANCE.—Both Church Councils have passed the resolution re Raffles, the word “sweepstake “being altered to “draw “ in each case. Let us cheerfully keep our resolve—believe me, this small sacrifice is well worth while.

GARDEN FETE, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 9th. Ranton Abbey Grounds..

May I close on a note of sympathy, which we offer to Mr. and Mrs. Winnington on the death of their infant son, Eric.
Yours sincerely, R. M. FARMER.
