Description:The Pickford Lodges were built by Joseph Pickford in about 1777. Pickford also built Wedgwood's Etruria factory and Etruria Hall. It was the Sutherland's southern driveway after they had passed through Monument Lane, Tittensor, then approaching Trentham Hall along the lakeside. The lodges have been restored and (in 2023) form part of the entrance to Trentham's Monkey Forest.

This area is now part of the Trentham Monkey Forest Reserve.
