Description:Prince of Wales, later Edward VIII, meeting people outside the front entrance of Stafford railway station. During this tour he also visited Sandon Hall, Stone, Trentham Park and the Potteries.

This postcard view was taken by Charles Fowke, who worked as a photographer in Stafford between 1904 and 1938, and was later Mayor of Stafford.
