Description:Portrait of Sir Orlando Bridgeman, 4th Baronet (1695-1764). Born Blodwell, Shropshire, he married Lady Anne Newport and their son Sir Henry Bridgeman inherited Weston Park on the death of Lady Anne's brother, Thomas Newport, 4th Earl of Bradford, in 1762.

A lawyer, he was educated at Oriel College, Oxford and admitted to Inner Temple in 1713. He was Member of Parliament for Shrewsbury from 1723 to 1727.
