Description:Mrs 'Granny' Dean's shop was on High Street and sold a variety of goods, including poultry, fish and sweets.

During the Second World War Mrs Dean's daughter ran the business, but she soon closed the shop declaring she was too old to bother with sweet coupons.

The shop is now (May 2021) an opticians.
