Description:Charles Chetwynd-Talbot, 4th Baron and 2nd Earl Talbot of Hensol (1777-1849). He was Lord Lieutenant of Staffordshire 1812-1849. Chetwynd-Talbot was Lord Lieutenant of Ireland 1817-1821. He married Frances Thomasine Lambert (1782-1819). He died at Ingestre Hall and was buried there with his wife.
