Description:Lithograph print. A caricature of Sir Frederick Peel (1823-1906) by 'Spy', with caption 'A railway commissioner'. Appeared in 'Vanity Fair' 17th December 1903.

He was the second son of Prime Minister Sir Robert Peel. he was a Member of Parliament for Leominster 1849-1852 and for Bury 1852-1857 and 1859-1865. He was a commissioner for the Railway and Canal Commission.
