Description:Lithograph print. A caricature of Colonel Wellington Stapleton-Cotton, 2nd Viscount Combermere (1818-1891), soldier and politician of Combermere Abbey, Cheshire, by 'Spy', with caption 'Horses' . Appeared in 'Vanity Fair' 5th May 1888.

He was Member of Parliament for Carrickfergus 1857-1867 and Colonel in the 1st Life Guards.
