Description:Bronze bas-relief plaque of Alfred Sohier Bolton (1827-1901) of Moor Court, Oakamoor, and of the firm Thomas Bolton & Sons, copper manufacturers. He was an original member of Staffordshire County Council (1889-1901) and Justice of the Peace.

Plaque is inscribed 'Alfred Sohier Bolton, J.P. Born February 20th 1827. Died December 2nd 1901.' Sculptor: Charles Vyse (1882-1971).
