Description:Headstones of George Merricks and his wife Ann Merricks (nee Halden).

The inscription reads: 'In Loving Memory of Ann the beloved wife of George Merricks of Lichfield Road. Who died May 29 1901. Aged 62 years.
Also George Merricks who died February 13 1913. Aged 72 years. His end was peace'.

The smaller headstone, gifted by Bostock Shoes, reads: 'In Loving Memory of George Merricks As a token of respect from his shop mates of the pressroom of Messrs Bostocks'.
