Description:Two 120-megawatt generating sets are controlled from each of two panels. The third panel controls the remaining set. Rugeley 'A' power station was opened in 1963 and closed in 1995. Sitting at the desk nearest the camera is Ted Parsons and standing in front of the control panel on the left is believed to be John Flynn.
