Description:Mavesyn Ridware Hall was built by Charles Chadwick on the site of the Old Hall in 1718. To the right of the Hall can be seen the Gatehouse of Mavesyn Ridware Old Hall. This 14th century building has a stone front to the outside, timber framing, and probably formed the north side of a quadrangle. A 16th century dovecote is attached.
