Description:Mothers Union Party held in Christ Church Parish Room. Standing far right is Mrs Chadwick, the Caretaker at Christ Church. Also in this group are Mrs Beardsmore (wife of the Headmaster of Alleyne's School), Mrs Philips, Mrs Cotton, Mrs Elizabeth Woolfall, Mrs Gerrard, Mrs Nevitt, the Misses Farr, Mrs Porter (wife of the Headmaster of Christ Church School), Mrs Quarmby (the Bank Manager's wife), Mrs Henley.
