Description:Mr and Mrs Adams of Narrowdale, Alstonefield pictured with ten of their eleven children.

Back row: Mabel, Minnie, Emily, George.

Middle row: Mrs Mary Adams with baby Edith on her knee, Richard Herbert holding a cornet (he was later organist at Alstonefield Church for many years), Mr Richard Herbert Adams, Lucy.

Front row: Ethel, Sydney (later the village blacksmith), Lily.
