Description:The Duke of Edinburgh visited Stoke on Trent on 12th December 1951. The Guard of Honour in front of Stoke station was provided by Stoke On Trent Sea Cadet Corps. Petty Officer Peter Wilkins (behind the officer of the guard) and leading seaman Bob Jenkins were from the former Stone Sub Division.
