Description:Mrs Florence Wood was cheief examiner at the Lotus Ltd shoe factory, Stone. She began her working life with Mason and Marson in Stafford, and the joined Peach's after the First World War. She retired after 40 year's service with Lotus, including 25 years as chief examiner at the Stone factory.
She lived on Peel Terrace, Stafford and is pictured here on the sports ground at the Stafford Lotus factory on Sandon Road.
