Description:The Captain was Miss Dorothy Stanley, The Lieutenant was Mrs Joan Clarke, and Brown Owl was Mrs Clarissa Gairns. The guide holding the trophy on the back row centre is Daphne Tribe. Second from right on the middle row is Dorothy Deag and the girl on the far right on the front row is Carolyn Mould. The Guides and Brownies were based at Beatty Hall, Yarnfield.
