Description:Lichfield Cycle Club pictured outside Donegal House on Bore Street.

John Ernest Wiggin, born Lichfield in 1916 is the young man, standing tall, left of centre. He emigrated to Australia after serving in RAF Bomber Command. He was a Warrant Officer and received the King's Medal.
