Description:View down Park Street, looking past the circular island railings on the left. On the right is Richardsons' Coach and Motor Works. George Richardson moved into these premises in the 1840s, which remained in the family until 1962, when the business was sold. In the early days horse-drawn coaches and carriages were made, but by the time this picture was taken the firm was also repairing motor vehicles and selling bicycles in addition to coachbuilding.
