Glazed Earthenware H. 38.2 x W.15.1 cm

Earthenware cider jar with a pulled handle and prominent throwing rings, thrown and turned by Michael Cardew at Winchcombe Pottery, Gloucestershire, England.

Brown slip, stylised sgraffito decoration, all over lead transparent glaze, base unglazed.
