Glazed Stoneware H. 11.6 x W.24.4 cm.

Large earthenware bowl on foot, thrown and turned by Michael Cardew, decorated by Henry Bergen at Winchcombe pottery, Gloucestershire, England.

White slip, hand painted manganese and iron oxide decoration, lead transparent glaze, foot and base unglazed.
