Description:Jeffery Archer M.P. presenting Mr. J.W. Moore M.B.E. with an illuminated adddress signed by the then Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher, on the occasion of his 100th birthday.

Mr Moore was a well-known figure in Stone Conservative Party politics throughout the 20th century. Among other roles he was political agent for Hugh Fraser M.P.
