Description:Lithograph print. Caricature of The Hon. George Higginson Allsopp, MP for Worcester. Born 1846 into the famous brewery family of Burton-upon-Trent. He was educated at Eton and Cambridge and was twice Mayor of Burton-upon-Trent. Appeared in 'Vanity Fair' April 20th 1889.
