Description:Lithograph print. Caricature of Rt. Hon. Sir Charles Bowyer Adderley K.C.M.G., 1st Baron Norton (1814-1905). Born into an old Staffordshire family he inherited Hams Hall in Warwickshire. He was Member of Parliament for North Staffordshire for 37 years, Governor of Rugby School and President of the Board of Trade. Appeared in 'Vanity Fair' Sept 17th 1892. Signature glued on bottom left.
