Date:1880 - 1900 (c.)

Description:A black net hat trimmed with grey, black and white ostrich feathers and a black velvet bow. There are also sprigs of heather made from fabric and feathers. The hat belonged to Miss Kathleen Simms of Falcott, Abbots Bromley.
