Description:This photograph was taken at the wedding of Frederic Bamford and Catherine Shelley. The Shelley family lived at Beacon Farm for nearly a hundred years, from 1842 until 1944.

On the back row are, from left to right, Clement Shelley (the Bridge's elder brother), Harry Bamford (Groom's brother), Mr Stubbs, Groom's sister, Mr Bamford, Nellie Dodd, Edward Shelley (Bride's younger brother), Billy Rostance. Standing are, Mr Gibbs, Mr Dodd, Annie Stubbs, Henry Shelley (father of the bride), Ella Sampson, Joe Marson (who lived at the next farm), Harriet, and William Shelley (Bride's elder brother). Sitting are, Maggie Preston, George Baines, Florence Shelley (Bride's younger sister), Harry Preston, Catherine Shelley (Bride), Frederic Bamford (Groom), Elizabeth Burnet (Bride's mother), Alice Coppinger, Teresa, and Priscilla Jones. On the front row are, Lucy Baines, Aggie Gosling, and Vin Gosling.
