Description:A view of Hulme End Station, the northern terminus of the Manifold Valley Light Railway. The railway had a short lifespan, running between 1904 and 1934. The route of the railway is now a footpath and cycle way. The mock timber-framed building housed the ticket office, enquiries and waiting room and is now (2004) an information centre for the cycleway. To the right can be seen the engine shed and the coach shed.
